The app is a quotation and purchase order program that is emailed or printed out for the customer. The print out or email is simply a PDF of the “view customer proposal”. The view customer proposal is information collected from the different forms as well as total price calculation and product selection via information gathered. The customer simply gives the information to your sales representative and the sales representative will fill out the form for the customer for finding the best suited air conditioner.
